Glen Keith 1997 Signatory Vintage 21 Years Old – BeLux Tour 2019

This Glen Keith was distilled on May 26, 1997, and bottled after 21 years of maturation on March 11, 2019, by Signatory Vintage. The whisky matured in hogshead #72615 and was specially selected for the BeLux Tour 2019.

From this single cask, only 265 bottles were filled at a natural cask strength of 51.7% alcohol. The whisky is uncoloured and non-chill filtered.

On the nose, citrus, malt, dry wood, and white pepper emerge, complemented by a light spiciness. The palate is distinctly spicy and slightly vegetal, with grapefruit, lemon, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a soft hint of honey.

The finish is dry and spicy, with lingering notes of white pepper, wood, and warm spices.

A limited and mature Glen Keith with a distinct combination of citrus, spices, and wood, bottled at cask strength for extra intensity.
