Glendullan 2009 Signatory Vintage 12 Years Old

This Glendullan was distilled on November 19, 2009, and bottled after 12 years of maturation on January 5, 2022, by Signatory Vintage for The Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
The whisky matured in hogsheads with cask numbers 315679 and 315684 and was bottled at 46% alcohol. As is customary within this series, the whisky is uncolored and non-chill filtered.
A classic Speyside single malt where the influence of the wood remains beautifully balanced with the original distillery character. Maturation in hogsheads creates an elegant, accessible style with room for malty and fruity nuances.
An interesting independent bottling from Glendullan, a distillery that is relatively rarely released as a single malt under its own name.
