White Heather 15 Years Old

White Heather 15 Years Old is a 15-year-old Blended Scotch Whisky, crafted under the guidance of Billy Walker and bottled at 46% ABV. A combination of American Oak, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez casks was used for maturation and finishing. The whisky is non-chill filtered and has no added color.
The nose reveals honey, vanilla, dried orange, plums, raisins, and candied fruit, complemented by cinnamon, nuts, and soft oak notes. The palate is round and creamy with butterscotch, dark fruit, orange peel, chocolate, marzipan, and warm spices.
The finish is medium to long, sweet and spicy, with notes of honey, caramelized nuts, ginger, dark chocolate, and a subtle hint of mocha.
A rich and beautifully balanced blend with clear sherry influence, a soft texture, and enough spice to remain interesting.
