This Auchroisk 14-year-old was bottled in May 2025 by Cadenhead's as part of their Original Collection . As always: non-chill-filtered, no added colorants , and bottled at a pure 46% ABV .

Maturation began in bourbon casks , followed by a Manzanilla sherry finish of approximately two years . Manzanilla is a particularly dry, salty-fresh sherry style that adds tension and freshness to the taut, mineral spirit of Auchroisk , without any sweetness or wine influence.

Tasting notes

• Nose: green apple, citrus, wet stone, almond and a light saltiness

• Taste: Dry and clean, with malt, citrus peel, white pepper, light nuttiness and a fresh sherry accent

• Finish: medium long, tight, mineral and refreshingly dry
