Balblair 1989 Aged 31 Years (2021)
Balblair 1989 – 31 Years Old (2021 Release)
46% – Highland Single Malt – Vintage 1989
The Balblair 1989 Aged 31 Years is a monumental Highland single malt that combines three decades of maturation with the smooth, elegant character for which Balblair is known. Distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2021 , this is one of the most refined vintages the distillery has ever released.
31 years of resting in carefully selected oak casks has given the whisky a rich layering: tropical fruits, warm spices, honey, old oak, and that characteristic Balblair roundness. A bottle that is both bold and refined—and immediately draws attention with its luxurious presentation.
This isn't a whisky you'll encounter anytime soon. A must for collectors, an experience for connoisseurs.
