KI NO BI – Kyoto Dry Gin
KI NO BI – Kyoto Dry Gin
70 cl · 45.7% vol.
KI NO BI is a premium Japanese gin, distilled by The Kyoto Distillery in the heart of Kyoto. The name literally means "the beauty of the seasons," and that's exactly what you'll taste: refined, layered, and perfectly balanced.
This gin is crafted according to a unique Japanese principle: the botanicals are distilled separately into different flavor categories (such as citrus, herbs, and tea) and only then combined. The base alcohol is rice spirit, which creates a smooth, elegant texture.
Japanese botanicals like yuzu, sansho pepper, hinoki wood, and gyokuro tea give KI NO BI its distinctive, refined character. The higher alcohol content adds depth and body, without harshness.
