One of the most refined finishes in the Slyrs series. Here, Bavarian single malt meets the lush sweetness of Sauternes, resulting in a whisky that becomes almost vinous and elegant without losing its character.

The nose opens softly and luxuriously: honey, apricot jam, grapes, white flowers, and a hint of vanilla. The influence of the Sauternes cask is immediately present, but never overpowering—it actually elevates the Slyrs malt to a higher level.

The palate becomes richer: juicy peach, honeydew melon, sweet white wine, light spices, and a creamy texture that lingers beautifully. The malty core of Slyrs provides structure, while the wine finish adds roundness and depth.

The finish is long, warm and honeyed, with a touch of dried fruit and subtle oak.
