The GlenDronach Port Wood is a fruity Highland single malt Scotch whisky that combines GlenDronach's characteristic sherry cask style with a special finish in Portuguese port casks.

The whisky was initially matured in Spanish Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks and then received a second maturation of approximately three years in port casks from the Douro Valley in Portugal. This results in rich aromas of ripe plums, blackberries, strawberry jam, and cherry blossom with a hint of ginger.

On the palate, you will discover dark forest fruits, baked apple, spicy gingerbread, and orange. The finish combines raisins, candied orange peel, and soft oak. An excellent choice for lovers of fruity sherry whisky with a port cask finish.

Bottled at 46% ABV and delivered in the original gift tube.
