This Auchentoshan Sauvignon Blanc Finish is an experimental limited edition that deliberately deviates from classic sherry or bourbon maturations. After a primary maturation in bourbon casks , this whisky was finished in Sauvignon Blanc wine casks , resulting in a distinctly fresh and lightly aromatic character.

This expression was developed to be drunk chilled or slightly refreshing and is clearly aimed at lovers of a modern, fresh style.
