This BenRiach 2008 is a powerful Cask Edition release, matured entirely in a Pedro Ximénez puncheon —a large sherry cask known for its rich, syrupy influence. This creates an exceptionally deep and sweet expression of Speyside single malt.

Bottled in 2020 , at 60.5% ABV , and limited to just 570 bottles , this is a bottling that will appeal to collectors and sherry lovers alike.

Tasting notes

Nose: Raisins, dark honey, chocolate and a hint of figs.
Taste: Intensely sweet with typical PX notes: dates, syrup, mocha, and warm spices. The high alcohol content provides strength without being harsh.
Finish: Long, warming and full of sherry—with cocoa, caramel and oak.
