This Bimber Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks is a pure, unadulterated expression of what makes London's Bimber Distillery so strong: craftsmanship, precision, and respect for the raw material and the cask. This small batch was matured entirely in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at cask strength , without chill filtration.

Bimber uses long fermentations, traditional pot stills, and a distinctly malty distillate. This is clearly evident here: a full grain kernel, a creamy texture, and a natural balance of sweetness, wood, and alcohol. Despite its high alcohol content, this whisky remains remarkably controlled and elegant.

This isn't a whisky that hides its character behind finishes or gimmicks — it's all about distillate and cask quality .
