Blackadder Peat Reek Embers is a powerful and distinctive peated single malt from Blackadder's Special Reserve range . This bottling was finished in an Oloroso sherry butt , which adds depth and balance to its smoky character.

With a smoke level of 50 ppm, this whisky combines intense peat smoke with warm sherry influences. Expect aromas of smoldering wood, campfire smoke, and ash, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, raisins, candied orange peel, and spicy oak. On the palate, it's full-bodied and powerful, with a beautiful tension between smoke, sweet sherry notes, and dry spice. The finish is long, warming, and distinctly smoky.

As with all Blackadders, this whisky is bottled at cask strength , without chill filtration and without added color. A bottling for lovers of robust peat with added complexity, rather than an accessible entry-level whisky.
