Daftmill 2011 – Summer Batch Release is a classic, honest Lowland single malt from one of Scotland's most sought-after farm distilleries. Distilled in 2011 and bottled in September 2023, after 12 years of maturation in 27 first-fill bourbon casks from Clermont Springs, Kentucky .

As always with Daftmill, the production is small-scale , using only homegrown barley and avoiding commercial gimmicks. The result is a pure, fresh, and perfectly balanced whisky that beautifully reflects the distillery's terroir and style.
