Description

Dalmore The Quartet is a luxurious limited edition release that revolves entirely around four exceptional maturations. This single malt was first matured in ex-bourbon casks and then uniquely finished in four different sherry and wine casks , carefully selected by Richard Paterson:

• Amoroso sherry

• Muscatel wine

• Apostoles sherry

• Matusalem oloroso sherry

The result is a deep, complex and silky smooth whisky that takes the signature Dalmore style – rich, dark, sweet and spicy – ​​to the next level.

Flavor profile

• Nose: Orange zest, raisins, dark chocolate, figs and roasted nuts.

• Palate: Rich and layered with notes of brown sugar, caramel, plums, sherry, spice and soft oak.
