This Dalwhinnie 2006 Distillers Edition is an official bottling from the distillery, distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2021. After a classic maturation, this whisky was given an additional finish in Oloroso sherry casks , which provides greater depth and warmth without losing the typical Dalwhinnie character.

The nose reveals honey, soft malt, dried fruit, and a subtle spiciness . The palate is round and approachable, with toffee, raisins, nuts, and a light sherry sweetness , beautifully balanced with fresh Highland notes. The finish is medium-long, smooth, and elegant.
