Filliers Dry Gin 28 Sloe Gin is an artisanal Belgian sloe gin from the Filliers Distillery , built on the foundation of their award-winning Dry Gin 28. For this expression, the gin is slowly infused with wild sloe berries (Prunus spinosa) , traditionally harvested in the autumn.

This long maceration allows natural fruit aromas, soft bitters and a beautifully rounded sweetness to develop, while maintaining freshness and balance.
