Distilled on 26th May 2015 and bottled on 1st September 2020 , it has been matured for 5 years in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry cask . This bottling was specially selected for The Nectar and comprises only 276 bottles , making it exceptionally rare and sought after.

Flavor profile

• Nose: Rich PX sweetness, raisins, figs, soft smoke, warm spices and caramel.

• Palate: Intense and full-bodied; thick layers of sherry, dark chocolate, honey, dates, rich peat smoke, and sweet spices. The high strength adds extra power and depth.

• Finish: Long, warm and syrupy; a lingering mix of smoke, sweet dried fruit, cocoa and oak.
