Kilchoman Casado 2022 is a unique limited edition, first matured in classic bourbon barrels and then given a second maturation in two massive 6,000-liter Portuguese red wine casks . The word Casado means "married," a reference to the marriage of these casks to create a distinctly rich, fruity, and smoky Islay whisky. This release was quickly snapped up worldwide and is now harder to find.
