This M&H Single Cask 2018 is an exclusive Belgian selection , sourced from a single cask and bottled at cask strength (55.5%) . Maturation in ex-Islay casks gives this Israeli single malt a distinct yet elegant smokiness, perfectly integrated with the warm, sunny character of Milk & Honey.

On the nose, it opens with soft peat smoke , wet stones, and light maritime influences, followed by honey, vanilla, and malty sweetness. On the palate, it is powerful and full-bodied, with smoky notes, citrus zest, peppery spice, and a slightly oily texture . The alcohol carries well, adding depth without being harsh. The finish is long, dry, and subtly salty, with lingering smoke.
