The Plantation Fiji 2004 is an exceptional limited edition rum made from just 18 casks – a true rarity. Distilled in 2004 by the Rum Co. of Fiji and bottled only in 2023 , it has been aged for 19 years in two completely different climates.

This double maturation creates a complex, deep flavour structure that combines both the warm, tropical character of Fiji with the refined French influence.
