An exclusive limited release (21 barrels!) of Plantation Rum , distilled at the legendary Demerara Distillers in Guyana. This 2007 edition is a rare combination of Port Mourant pot still and column still , a style rarely found these days.

Total 15 years matured :

• 13 years tropical in Diamond, Guyana (bourbon barrels – 200L)

• 2 years continental in Javrezac, France (Ferrand barrels – 350L)

The result is an extremely rich, dark Demerara rum with deep esters, spices and a luxurious sweetness typical of true PM distillates.

Flavor profile

Nose: Dark molasses, raisins, burnt sugar, spices, licorice, hint of leather.
Palate: Rich, warm, and layered. Dark chocolate, plums, coffee, wood notes, roasted spices, and Demerara sugar.
Finish: Long, deep, warm and syrupy with typical PM spices and a hint of smoke.
