Bruichladdich Bere Barley 2008 – Islay Grown – 50%

This Bere Barley 2008 is one of the most authentic expressions of Bruichladdich.
Made with Bere barley , an ancient grain cultivated in Scotland for over 6,000 years, it produces a completely different flavor profile than modern barley varieties: richer, oilier, and deeper in character.

Distilled on Islay using 100% barley from the Dunlossit Estate , all-natural, non-chill filtered and free of colour.

Flavor profile

  • Soft honey and creamy malt

  • White pepper, citrus and light spices

  • Grain pure notes typical of Bere barley

  • Long, clean finish with minerality

Why choose this whisky?
