Secret Orkney 2010 – Signatory Vintage (100 Proof Edition #15) – 57.1% – 14 years old

A powerful, island-inspired single malt from Orkney, bottled by Signatory Vintage in their beloved 100 Proof Edition series. As always with "Secret Orkney," the distillery's name isn't mentioned, but connoisseurs will immediately recognize the character of one of Orkney's iconic distilleries.

Matured in a combination of:

• 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt

• Bourbon Hogshead

This combination creates both rich fruit and bright, crisp bourbon notes. The whisky was bottled in 2024 at a robust 57.1% ABV, non-chill filtered, and at natural color.

Tasting notes (style & character)

• Nose: Warm sherry, dried fruit, light spices, creamy vanilla and a hint of sea breeze.

• Taste: Powerful and full, with notes of raisins, chocolate, toffee, spiciness and subtle smoke typical of Orkney.

• Finish: long, warming, spicy and slightly maritime.
