Flavor profile (powerful & unique)
Rich and full of deep notes of raisins, figs, and warm woody spices. A layer of dark chocolate and almond subtly pushes through the sweeter sherry influences. On the palate, it opens broadly: creamy, almost velvety, with notes of roasted nuts, orange peel, and a hint of tobacco.

The finish is long, warming and beautifully dry – exactly what an Oloroso cask should deliver, but with the typical Bavarian finesse that Slyrs stands for.
