Distillery de Molenberg – Folle Blanche (9th Anniversary Edition)

This Folle Blanche was bottled to celebrate the 9th anniversary of Distillery de Molenberg and is a beautiful example of how Belgian distillate and French elegance can complement each other. The whisky was matured in Cognac casks , which imparts finesse, fruitiness, and a refined structure.

The nose reveals floral notes, white fruit, grapes, and a hint of vanilla , typical of the Folle Blanche grape. The palate is soft yet layered , with ripe pear, honey, subtle spice, and a delicate oaky note . The cognac influence remains elegant and supportive, never overpowering. The finish is long, fresh, and slightly vinous , with a lovely balance between malt and fruit.

This is a whisky that doesn't aim for power, but for precision and elegance — ideal for lovers of refined styles and those who like to drink off the classic Scottish path.
