Strathmill 2010 The Cooper's Choice is a characterful Speyside single malt, distilled in March 2010 and bottled in 2022 after 12 years of maturation. This edition received an additional Marsala wine finish , giving the whisky a sweeter, rounder, and deeper layer of flavor on top of the typical light, floral Strathmill profile.

A smooth, fruity whisky with a beautiful balance of sweet, spicy and elegant — bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill-filtered for maximum flavour.

Tasting notes

• Nose: Honey, apple, soft vanilla and light flowers.

• Taste: Sweet malt, stewed fruit, subtle wine influence, soft spiciness.

• Finish: Medium, warm and slightly sweet.
