Talisker Parley (2023)

Talisker Parley – Wilder Seas (2023) is a limited and sustainable special edition created in collaboration with Parley for the Oceans . Every bottle contributes to projects that protect the ocean—completely in keeping with Talisker's maritime DNA.

This edition was matured in French Oak XO Cognac Casks , a first for Talisker, taking the classic peppery smoke to a new dimension: richer, deeper and more luxurious.

Flavor profile:

• Nose: Sea breeze, peat smoke, saltiness, honey, ripe grapes and soft cognac notes.

• Palate: A powerful wave of peppery Talisker smoke, followed by notes of grape, toffee, citrus, toasted oak, salt and warm spices.

• Finish: Long, salty, smoky and slightly sweet, with an elegant cognac haze that lingers.

The label
The Wilder Seas label and bottle are truly special: a deep ocean blue , with textured waves and a modern, artistic design that celebrates the collaboration with Parley. The bottle is made from 100% recycled glass , a first for the Talisker range, and a real eye-catcher in any collection.
