This edition is a textbook example of what Elixir Distillers does: pure, unfiltered whisky with character, bottled at natural strength.

Tasting notes

Nose: Light vanilla, fresh citrus, green apple and soft wood spices.
Taste: Creamy and clear, with notes of honey, pear, malt, and a subtle spiciness. The alcohol content gives it a nice intensity without being harsh.
Finish: Long and clean, with fruity freshness and light spice.
