The 2018 Tomatin 30-Year-Old Batch 1 is one of the most sought-after Highland bottlings of recent years. This first batch , exceptionally limited in quantity , was bottled at 46% ABV, and matured for three decades in a combination of ex-bourbon and old sherry casks . It is non-chill-filtered and has a completely natural color.

This is Tomatin at its absolute best: deep, elegant, fruity, complex and silky smooth — a whisky you rarely encounter new these days.

Flavor profile

• Nose: Tropical fruit (mango, papaya), soft toffee, cranberries, honey and old, polished oak.

• Palate: Creamy texture, dried fruits, crème brûlée, vanilla pudding, warming spices, old sherry influence.

• Finish: extremely long, warm, subtly spicy and beautifully balanced.
