The whisky was first matured extensively in bourbon casks , followed by a finish in Oloroso sherry butts , which adds depth and structure. The nose unfolds aromas of dried fruit, honey, toffee, and soft spices , with underlying notes of nuts, old oak, and sherry sweetness . The palate is rich yet elegant, with a beautiful balance between sweet sherry influences, spice, and mature wood. The finish is long, warm, and refined.

Bottled at 49.7% ABV, this 30-year-old Tomintoul retains its full character without losing its characteristically smooth house style. A classic, understated Speyside whisky with depth, intended for the connoisseur who prefers maturity and finesse over power.
