Vulson White Rhino Rye is a 100% rye spirit from Domaine des Hautes Glaces , one of France's most respected craft distilleries. This is n't a whisky , but an unwooded distillate aged (or rested) in stainless steel , allowing the focus to be entirely on the character of the rye itself.

The rye used is organically grown in the French Alps , and you can taste it. The nose reveals fresh grains, white pepper, light floral notes, and an earthy sharpness . On the palate, it's dry, spicy, and taut , with distinct rye bitterness, pepperiness, and an almost gin-like freshness . The finish is short to medium , dry, and clean.
