This expression was first matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel , and then given an additional finish in a toasted & lightly charred bourbon barrel , which provides a deep, rich structure.

At 50% ABV , this is a powerful yet perfectly balanced Irish single malt with a pronounced cask character — and a real collector's item for limited edition lovers.

Nose

Warm vanilla, toasted oak, honey, citrus oil, light coconut and subtle spices.

Taste

Full, creamy and powerful: bourbon sweetness, buttercream, toffee, oak, cloves, almond and fresh pear.

Aftertaste
