A striking, domed bottle and a pure, vibrant expression of Irish single malt. This Virgin Oak Cask was first matured in traditional casks and then finished in Kelvin Cooperage Virgin Oak casks , resulting in a more powerful, spicy profile than the Port and Sherry variants.

Flavor profile

  • Nose: vanilla, fresh wood notes, light coconut, honey and a hint of citrus.

  • Taste: creamy, slightly sweet, lots of fresh oak, burnt sugar, soft spices, hints of biscuit.

  • Finish: Medium length with warm vanilla and wood spices — fresh, clean and typically triple distilled Irish.
