Westland uses 100% malted barley , long fermentations, and maturation in carefully selected American oak barrels. No chill filtration, no added colorants.

The nose offers notes of malt, biscuit, honey, ripe pear, and light vanilla , with subtle woody notes. The palate is full and structured, with grain sweetness, caramel, soft spices, toast, and a slightly nutty depth . The finish is medium to long , dry, elegant, and perfectly balanced.
