The Colere 2nd Edition is the continuation of one of Westland's most innovative projects. Colere is all about the future of grain: rare, uncommercialized barley varieties that are rarely used for whisky anywhere else in the world. The focus isn't on cask influence, but on pure grain character and terroir .

For this edition, Westland is working with two special varieties, including the old malting barley Talisman , which produces a completely different flavour profile than standard commercial barley.
